Gas Purification – synthesis gas purification
Synthesis gas purification system clean the combustible synthetic gas produced from solid waste pyrolysis and gasification process. The treated combustible synthesis gas meets quality requirements of synthesis gas power generation unit and garbage power plant environmental emissions standards.
Synthesis gas purification system includes synthetic gas filtration device, an electrostatic trap, synthesis gas tank, synthesis gas fine filtering apparatus and other facilities.
2) Gas Purification – exhaust gas purification
Exhaust gas purification clean the flue gas from synthesis gas direct combustion process. Each of the exhaust gas purification system is combined by the acid removal tower, bag filter and lime storage feeding system. After cooling by the waste heat boiler flue gas is delivered into acid removal tower where flue gas with acidic chemical have reactions and adsorption reaction with lime, and the formation of solid material in the acid gas separated from the flue gas and the flue gas is purified.
Flue gas then gets into the bag filter to remove particles. Flue gas first enters the bag house gravity settling zone, to remove large particles. Fine dust rise to bag filter area with the flue gas at the pumping force of induced draft fan. Flue gas flows into the bag from the inside of the outer surface of the bag. In this process, a small bag of soot was blocked and accumulated on the outer surface of the bag is formed cake. Purified flue gas passes through induced draft fan and the chimney into the atmosphere. Meanwhile, in the flue gas through the bag filter cake further acid gases in the flue gas reacts with lime to ensure that the concentration of pollutants in the flue gas emissions is much lower than required by the standard. In addition to acid deposition in the dirt and dust at the bottom of the column by a screw conveyor device removed from the system.
